To understand complex neural and psychological activities easier, John Whalen proposes Six Minds of the User Experience: Vision and Attention, Sense of Location, Language, Memory, Decision Making, and Emotion. — In this discussion, I will use my own car (at the time I wrote this article) as an example and will draw on John Whalen’s book to discuss the neural and psychological activities that occur while using digital (and physical) products.
